Multi-User Password Management Becomes Easier with Handy Password 4.3

Handy Password 4.3, a new version of a high-rated password manager and form filler by Novosoft LLC, has been released. The new version offers users an improved functionality allowing them to efficiently manage logins and passwords in multi-user environment and first of all within corporate networks. Handy Password 4.3 is installed on user machines and provides access to all corporate resources an employee is authorized to work with without filling out checkout forms manually. The program does this for him automatically and the user knows neither passwords nor logins as he does not see them while logging in. This information is stored in a secured database and available only to the system administrator who can easily change it when needed. To start working with the program the user has to know a single Master password that can be also modified in case of need, for instance if it's necessary to deny user access to shared resources. With the new enterprise password manager it becomes possible not only to considerably increase corporate password security but also to save employee's working time wasted to fill out different forms as well as make the job of system administrator much easier.

Handy Backup gets multiple new features

A number of new popular features have been added to the program functionality. The features include Database Backup, Image Backup, Lotus Notes Backup and Email Backup. Now Handy Backup can back up databases which have ODBC driver support such as MySQL, MS Access, and DB2. With the help of Image Backup feature users can back up the entire hard drive of their computer or the hard drive partitions. Lotus Notes backup feature allows backing up all data of the Lotus Notes application. Email backup functionality allows backing up messages directly from the remote mail server.
