Managing facilities is critical to achieving business goals and maximizing profitability. Our customer hold large portfolios of leased and owned real estate assets. The property detail is on a data base and currently it is used to prepare many key reports such as the monthly report, lease expiration report, rent roll and numerous summary reports used for board of director presentations. The customer has a separate system that contains much of the same property information for property maintenance purposes.
In order to reduce maintenance and operating costs, our customer was looking for an improved mechanism to manage CRE assets records.

Novosoft has transformed customer's traditional CRE management system into a hosted, web-based solution that delivers CRE assets management tools quickly, reliably and securely. The solution addresses the entire CRE lifecycle: housing analysis and selection, housing acquisition, construction and build-out, occupancy management and facilities management. It provides visibility, collaboration and control throughout all CRE processes, synchronizing all activities that characterize CRE within the enterprise.
Also, the system generates Excel reports resulting from data search among housing, available rooms, employees moved into/out of housing, transport and house maintenance expenses.
An instantly understandable, graphics-based interface was provided. It manages real time distributed user access, so the customer can see the total picture right from his desk. A number of HTML interfaces were developed to provide access to real-time information via their standard desktop web-browsers.
