About the Team

Lotus team was formed in 1998 specifically for development of Novosoft proprietary Business Support System. The system implementation was performed in Lotus Notes/Domino. Hence, a personnel of the team is proficient in Lotus applications architecture, implementation and deployment. Today, the team is comprised of 24 members. All of them are highly qualified in various IT areas and have extensive experience in business applications architecture, development, and support. One of ever-lasting priorities for the team is to constantly increase the level of professionalism through the series of trainings. As of today, the team members have gained the following certifications:

  • 4 Certified Lotus Specialists,
  • 3 Certified Lotus Professionals,
  • 10 Principal Certified Lotus Professionals in Domino R5 development,
